Improved style when printing documentation page

This merge makes it possible for documentation pages to be printed when using the mdocotion theme. It also changes some styling to place more on one page.

These additions include;

  • Allowing the printing of long pages. This got cut off on page 1.
  • Removing empty pages within these prints.
  • Using the whole printing area, not just the 1/3 of the paper.
  • Disallowing page brakes after headings and within list items, paragraphs or table rows.
  • Allowing wide tables to be fully printed.
